Terrible drunk driving and similar accidents unfortunately happen every day and the consequences are something those affected have to live with forever. You could be charged with vehicular manslaughter, assault with vehicle, etc... if you are found guilty. These are all felonies and can result in serious jail time – not to mention having to live with the fact that you seriously injured, maimed or killed someone.
